About Us

After opening our doors in 2018, Chill Bar quickly became Madarao's cocktail institution, owed greatly to our excellent bartenders. Our menu is built around locally farmed, fresh, organic citrus, seasonal Japanese herbs, and quality spirits. We also love and are inspired by the timeless elegance of classic cocktails and continue to evolve our menu each season.

With a great selection of Japanese whisky, premium spirits, wine, and local craft beer, there's something for everyone at Chill. You can find us just off the slopes by Lift No. 1, the perfect spot to enjoy aprés drinks.
