Getting Here

At only two hours from Tokyo, getting to Madarao is easy. Regular trains depart Narita and Haneda Airport for Tokyo Station, from where you can catch the Shinkansen direct to Iiyama Station in just 100 minutes. Alternatively, guests planning on spending some time in Tokyo can catch the Shinkansen direct from Ueno or Tokyo station to Iiyama Station with ease.

From there, it's just a short pick-up and drive up the mountain to Chill Madarao — a complimentary service we offer for all guests by prior arrangement. Alternatively, there is a regular bus service from the station to Madarao Kogen.
